Wendy Will Walk 16 Miles for Cystinosis Research

Cystinosis Foundation UK supporter, Wendy Exelby, who has a son with cystinosis, will be doing a 16.6. mile sponsored walk from her home in Old Goole through to Adlingfleet where she grew up. The walk will take place on 15th October and will be made challenging by the fact that she suffers from arthritis and osteoporosis. This won’t discourage Wendy from completing the walk, her inspiration comes from seeing her son Adam cope with cystinosis, and from wanting to help make a difference by raising vital funds for research into better treatments.

If you would like to sponsor Wendy please visit her JustGiving page, where she has currently raised over £300 – https://www.justgiving.com/wendy-exelby2.
