The Cystinosis Foundation would like to thank the charity committee on the Apache Forties Alpha oil platform, in the North Sea near Aberdeen, for their kind donation of £250 to the Cystinosis Foundation UK.
The committee nominated the Foundation after hearing about 6-year-old Lena Forsyth of Mintlaw in Aberdeenshire who suffers from Cystinosis.
This money will help us in our continuing effort to fund research projects within the UK.
