60 for 60 for Cystinosis

Huge congratulations to Anne McQuitty, of West Linton in Scotland, who has completed her 60 for 60 running challenge.

Anne , already a keen runner, decided that she was going to set herself the challenge in her 60th year of doing 60 separate 10k runs, each in under an hour.  Anne completed her challenge in November, more than 3 months ahead of schedule and raised an incredible £1,829.45 for Cystinosis Foundation UK in the process.  You can still donate to Anne’s page at https://www.justgiving.com/run60for60/.

On Anne’s behalf, we would like to thank all her fellow runners, Michael Jent of West Linton Training for keeping Anne fit and on the road and Anne’s daughter Sarah for setting up and maintaining social media and fundraising pages.

If you are inspired by Anne’s phenomenal effort and want to raise money for CFUK in 2016, you can download a fundraising pack.
