Dance Show Fundraiser For Cystinosis

Back in May of this year, over 100 pupils from the Lawrence School of Dance in the North East of Scotland put on a two-night event at the Peterhead Community Centre in aid of the Cystinosis Foundation UK (see original article).

And we are now pleased to announce that the total amount raised was £620!!

Lena and Rhona Lawrence

The school chose to support the Foundation as one of their members, 6-year-old Lena Forsyth, suffers from Cystinosis. Lena danced in the show on the second evening and presented her dance teacher, Rhona Lawrence, with a bouquet of flowers at the end of the night.

More information can be found at: The Buchan Observer website.

Again, thank you to the school and pupils for supporting the Cystinosis Foundation UK and we are pleased that your event was such a success!
