A huge “well done” is certainly due for Lee Vallett, who not only successfully completed the London Marathon last month, but also beat his target time and raised nearly £1,000 for the Cystinosis Foundation UK in the process.
“It was an awesome day”, says a happy Lee, who finished in 3 hours 29 minutes and 14 seconds.
“It’s helpful having the pressure of £1000(ish) of sponsorship riding on it and not wanting to let anyone (including myself) down.”
Lee certainly didn’t let anyone down – we are very grateful for the time and effort he has put into his training and in raising such a fantastic amount for the Foundation. Well done Lee!
