For a brighter future...
As of October 2006 we have now raised £82,926.27 towards our £100,000 research project appeal target, with £10,000 being raised over the course of this year. This figure does not yet include some monies from several recent events, so we hope to report soon of the total being even higher.
Since January, many different events have taken place from local cakes sales to massive cycle challenges, and we again thank all those individuals who have used their time and talents to help us in our cause.
We are still looking to raise a further £17,000 and believe it is possible with your help. All efforts, large and small, help us move towards this target. And if you need assistance/guidance, please let us know – we will help where we can. The Foundation can also now offer fundraising packs (in limited numbers) that will help you set up your event.
