On August 27th and 28th, Matt Blackham and David Hancock, both originally from Ellon, Aberdeenshire, will be aiming to cycle 200 miles in 2 days to raise awareness of Cystinosis and raise valuable funds for research. That is approximately 1 mile for every person with Cystinosis in the UK.
So far we have raised over £1,500 of sponsorship including donations from financial consultancy, Scott Logic, family, friends and other supporters.
We would both like to thank everyone who has contributed to our fundraising. We have only 4 weeks to go until our big ride, but our training is going well and this coming weekend we are taking part in an organised cycle that will see us attempt 95 miles in one day.
If you haven’t yet made a donation and wish to do so, please visit our Just Giving page, where there are further details of our challenge.
